Manuscript submission
By submitting a manuscript to TEIEE, it is assumed that the manuscript has not yet been published and is not currently submitted for review elsewhere. The corresponding author must acknowledge this by signing the AUTHOR'S STATEMENTS form. TEIEE publishes completed original research or review studies, and does not publish continuations of any previously published studies. If similar research or related research has been published or submitted for consideration elsewhere, then Authors must disclose this at the time of first submission of the manuscript and provide a copy with the submitted manuscript.

The authors are responsible for the reliable and honest results of their scientific research and for providing information about the institutional affiliations of each author. The primary responsibility for full disclosure lies with the corresponding author. TEIEE reserves the right to reject a paper, even after acceptance, if it becomes apparent that there are serious problems with its scientific content or that TEIEE's publishing policy has been violated. TEIEE remains neutral with regard to jurisdictional claims in published maps and institutional affiliations.

TEIEE expects that each listed author has made a significant contribution to the submitted research. This must be declared by the corresponding author by signing the AUTHOR'S CONTRIBUTIONS form. Authors are encouraged to declare recognition of the contributions of individual authors, in order to reduce disputes over authorship and facilitate collaboration. The contribution of each author will be indicated at the end of the manuscript in the Contributions section. The roles of authors in accordance with CRediT (Contributor Roles Taxonomy) can be viewed here https://credit.niso.org/.

Corresponding author
The Corresponding Author takes responsibility for ensuring that all authors who contributed to the research and writing of the manuscript are included in the list of authors; that all Authors have been notified and agree to submit the manuscript to TEIEE; for communicating with the TEIEE Editors and for notifying co-authors of the nature of this communication.

The Corresponding Author, on behalf of all co-authors, confirms the absence of plagiarism and non-use of AI when writing the manuscript, confirms the absence of a conflict of interests or discloses all existing competing interests, reports the source of funding for the study or the lack of funding.

The Corresponding Author, on behalf of all co-authors, can submit to TEIEE the names of potential reviewers specialists in the same field of knowledge as the submitted research, as well as the names of reviewers who are not desirable for evaluating their manuscript (this will be taken into account by the Editor).

The Corresponding Author, on behalf of all co-authors, certifies that the proof is free of errors upon receipt of it for review, and is responsible for the accuracy of all proof content. If it becomes known that any part of the published manuscript needs to be changed, the authors are obliged to inform TEIEE immediately.

Plagiarism Policy
Authors must guarantee by signing a statement that they have written entirely original works. If the authors used the work and/or words of others, it was properly cited or cited.

Policy regarding the use of generative AI and AI-assisted technologies
If authors have used artificial intelligence and artificial intelligence-enabled technologies, they must declare this and indicate the purpose of that use. This statement will appear in the published work. A statement on the use of AI and AI-enabled technologies promotes transparency and trust among authors, readers, reviewers, editors, and contributors, including facilitating compliance with the terms of use of the relevant tool or technology.

Fabricating and stating false information
Authors of published articles or those who provided manuscripts with false information or fabricated supporting data or images will be subject to sanctions and their articles will be retracted.
The authors bear full responsibility for the work content.

Correspondence сonfidentiality
The TEIEE Team treats all correspondence with Authors and Reviewers as confidential and encourages Authors and Reviewers to treat this communication as confidential.

License agreement and author copyright
Articles are published under a Creative Commons Attribution License International CC-BY 4.0 to maximize the dissemination and reuse of open access materials. Subject to this license, users are free to share (copy, distribute and transmit) and rearrange (adapt) the contribution, including for commercial purposes, provided they attribute the contribution in the manner specified by the author or licensor (https://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/4.0/).

Repository Policy
Authors have the right to retain published versions of their work in the institutional or other repository of their choice.
